Speaker: I was there when you crawled from the ocean, with flippers and fins that could not yet be called arms or legs. I held witness to the five great extinctions. First an ice age, a swift and frigid ending for the Ordovician period.
Narrator (although they'll both be me): From director George Fish, a brief look at the history of Earth, from an ethereal perspective - "The Speaker" - coming this April.
Speaker: Kings were born and kings died, Gods fell in and out of favour, civilisations rose and fell, and all the while I watched you struggle.
The narration won't feature any music, since it would have to match the soundtrack used in the two clips.
I think that should be enough for this particular piece, as radio adverts are typically about 30 seconds long.
